She began her career in the entertainment business by first becoming a skilled software professional and then pursuing a career in modelling.She was awarded a Guinness certificate when she was a student for being a member of the team that created the longest painting in the history of the planet. After competing in Miss Karnataka in 2009, she went on to become an ambassador for Mysore Sandal soap and started into the modelling industry full-time the following year.In 2010, Parvatii was awarded the title of Navy Queen Kerala, after which she appeared in a variety of print and television advertisements.
