Actress and newsreader Anu Hasan is from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. She is the daughter of Chandrahasan, who is the brother of actors Kamal Hassan and Charuhasan. Anu Hasan was born on July 15, 1970, and her father is Chandrahasan. Her current age is 54 years, 5 month, 3 days. Hasan is the first cousin once removed of Suhasini Maniratnam, Shruti Haasan, and Akshara Haasan, all of whom are well-known actors in the film industry. She made her acting debut in the 1995 film Indira, which received positive reviews, and she has since then acted in a number of Tamil films, usually in supporting roles. During its first three seasons, she was the host of the celebrity chat programme “Coffee with Anu” on the Tamil Channel Vijay. on the year 2000, she began her career on television. The novel Sister of My Heart, written by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni, was the source material for the television series Anbulla Snehgidhiye, in which she made her first performance.
